Advance payment policy

In order to make a reservation you have to pay 30% in advance of the full stay price, at the moment of the booking via PayPal.

Cancellation policy

• Regarding cancellations up to 21 days prior to your arrival date, there is no charge and you get a full refund of your deposit in a bank account indicated by you.
• Regarding cancellations from 20 days before and up to your arrival date or for not showing up, or for early departure, a charge equal to 100% of the prepayment is applied.
